Hello! I’m the founder of Coastal Cay Concierge, and my journey to Naples began exactly where many of yours might be starting: with a dream of living in the sunshine and a vision for a perfect coastal retreat.
From Ohio to the Gulf Coast
Before making Naples my permanent home, I spent years building a professional career in the Midwest. As a professional interior designer, I worked extensively with new home builders, realtors and home owners and eventually established my own design company in Ohio. With a background in design I know that a home isn't just a structure; it’s a feeling that comes from intentional styling, organization, and a personal touch.
Investor, Owner, and Resident
In 2015, my husband and I purchased a vacation condo here in Naples. For years, we navigated the complexities of being out-of-state owners. I managed the entire "turnkey" transition...from purging inherited, unwanted furniture to fully stocking the residence for both high-season luxury rentals and our own family vacations.
That experience was the spark for Coastal Cay Concierge. I realized that whether you are a seasonal resident or a long-distance investor, navigating a property transition from a thousand miles away is a logistical challenge. You need someone on the ground who doesn't just "watch" the house, but who understands the aesthetic and functional standards of the Naples luxury market.
Living the Naples Dream
Eventually, our long-held dream came true. My husband and I moved to Naples permanently with our three daughters, trading the Ohio winters for the white sands of the Gulf.
As a local resident and property owner, I created Coastal Cay Concierge to be the resource I wish I had back in 2015. I bring a designer’s eye and a rental owner’s strategy to every property I manage. My goal is simple: to handle the "heavy lifting" of homeownership so you can step into your residence and immediately start living the life you’ve always dreamed of.
